Our phlebotomy training gives students hands-on experience that can make a lasting impact on their healthcare careers. For students currently pursuing nursing and other healthcare programs, developing strong blood-drawing skills can build confidence in clinical settings, strengthen their skill set, and make them more marketable to employers.

Many of our students have gone on to careers as LVNs, RNs, EMTs, and Clinical Research Coordinators—using the skills and confidence gained through their phlebotomy training as part of their professional journey.

Field Diagnostics takes phlebotomy training beyond the classroom and into communities where educational and career opportunities can be limited. By partnering with local healthcare facilities and bringing hands-on training directly into underserved communities, we help students develop valuable skills while helping build a stronger local healthcare workforce.

At Field Diagnostics, we believe the best way to learn phlebotomy is by doing it. Our hands-on training is designed to break down each technique into simple, manageable steps, allowing students to learn at their own pace, practice repeatedly, and build genuine confidence with every successful draw.

But our training doesn't stop when the clinical portion of the course ends. Students have access to two Field Diagnostics locations in the area where they can continue practicing during clinic hours with volunteer patients, giving them additional opportunities to refine their technique and become comfortable working with real patients in a clinical environment.
